Kerala, where the pepper is at home, is known as the Switzerland of India. 
The people call it "God's own country". Friendly inhabitants, high education and a certain comfortable living standard are typical for this state in the southwest of the subcontinent. 

The house is situated between Cochin (Kochi) and Alleppey (Alapuzha) in the middle of the exotic backwaters area of Kerala. The backwaters are a wide ramified net of channels, small rivers and lakes just behind the Malabar-coast in the south-west of India. These old waterways have been and are still the connection from village to village in this area.  

Available are two double rooms mith attached bathrooms. The spacious terrace borders on the fresh water lake. The house is wheel-chair suitable. 

The cook of the house will treat you with daily prepared Indian specialities.
